Last updated October 20, 2026
By using Nuragrid for Gmail you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Nuragrid for Gmail is a hosted MCP server that lets AI clients you authorize act on your Gmail account. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
Your account and responsibilities
- You must be allowed to use the Google account you connect.
- You are responsible for the AI clients you authorize and for what they do with your access, including messages they send or delete on your behalf. Review the access you grant and revoke clients you no longer use.
- Keep your Google account secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nuragrid for Gmail to:
- send spam, bulk or unsolicited commercial email, or run mass mailing campaigns;
- harass, defraud or deceive anyone, or send malware or phishing messages;
- break the law or the terms of Google's services;
- attack, overload or probe the service, or try to access other users' accounts or data.
We may apply rate limits to protect the service.
Termination
You can stop using Nuragrid for Gmail at any time by disconnecting Gmail or deleting your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI clients will behave as you expect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nuragrid for Gmail and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, mail or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
